your DL ( driving License, front & back )

SS ( social security ) as basic documents.

Other attachments:

pictures of vehicle you are using to work, copy of vehicle insurance, copy of vehicle registration, copy of first aid certificate, copy of defensive, copy of driving certificate

you can upload it later.
